Chief Executive Officer

Bob is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Veritas HHS, responsible for company strategy, growth, and performance delivery. A nationally recognized child support policy expert with 42 years of experience, he developed the Income Shares model for child support guidelines — now used in 43 states — and has shaped policy across paternity establishment, interstate case processing, order review and modification, medical support, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) distribution. He also brings in-depth knowledge of health care reform and has testified before state legislative and U.S. Congressional committees. A volunteer leader with the National Child Support Engagement Association (NCSEA), Bob was honored with the Association's Lifetime Member award — its highest distinction.

Chief Operating Officer

A nationally recognized expert in child support policy and operations, Chrissy brings more than 30 years of experience in program management and innovation. At Veritas HHS, she oversees operational planning, staff training, and continuous improvement for full-service offices and drives consistent performance outcomes across a diverse portfolio of state contracts. Her career includes directing operations across 35 offices in 11 states, as well as leadership roles in South Carolina where she pioneered new approaches to service delivery. A certified project manager, Chrissy combines deep operational expertise with strategic vision to drive performance across every office she oversees.

Chief Financial Officer

Raissa leads finance and accounting at Veritas HHS, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, audit, and compliance across the company's multi-state operations. With over two decades of experience in finance, operations, and corporate governance, she has built scalable financial infrastructure for mission-driven businesses, nonprofits, and social enterprises spanning healthcare, education, the arts, and community development. Her expertise includes GAAP technical accounting, government contract compliance, multi-state payroll and tax, equity compensation, and audit management. She brings a systems-builder's perspective to financial leadership, focused on the infrastructure, controls, and reporting that support sustainable growth and consistent program delivery.

With more than 28 years of experience in workflow analysis, process improvement, and quantitative analysis — including 22 years in child support — Alex directs business intelligence and information technology functions for Veritas HHS and leads consulting projects in business analytics and performance improvement. An expert in predictive modeling, business intelligence, and performance analysis, he has delivered measurable gains in program effectiveness and efficiency across Veritas HHS operations in Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Virginia. Alex has also led information technology implementations across all Veritas HHS offices, bringing both technical depth and strategic perspective to every engagement.

A strategic leader with more than 30 years of experience in publicly funded programs — 26 of them in child support — Amy oversees Veritas HHS' operational strategy, program performance, and growth initiatives. Her expertise spans child support, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), child welfare, and health programs. Among her career highlights, Amy led the startup and operations of nine outsourced voluntary paternity acknowledgment programs, achieving significant gains in federal paternity measures. She brings a proven track record in performance improvement, program evaluation, strategic planning, and client relations — making her a driving force behind Veritas HHS' reputation for operational excellence.

Senior Vice President

With 35 years of experience at the local, state, and federal levels — including more than 13 years in child support — Scott brings unmatched breadth of perspective to Veritas HHS. He served as Assistant Department Director and Title IV-D Director for the Arizona Department of Economic Security, overseeing more than 560 employees. At the federal level, he served as Commissioner of the U.S. Office of Child Support Enforcement, directing strategic planning, state and tribal programs, legislative proposals, and international enforcement, and as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). At Veritas HHS, Scott serves as contract executive for our largest and most complex operations.

Vice President for Operations

With more than 35 years of child support experience — including 22 years in supervisory and management roles — Lori oversees Veritas HHS' Baltimore City Office of Child Support Services. Under her leadership, the office has achieved measurable gains in performance, data quality, and customer service, including increases across key federal performance metrics such as the paternity establishment percentage, order rate, current support collections, and arrears collections. Lori also partners closely with the Maryland Child Support Administration on policy, operational, and systems issues, bringing both operational expertise and a collaborative approach that strengthens program performance at the state level.

Vice President of Human Resources

With more than 30 years of human resources experience across multiple industries — including eight years focused on child support services — Tim oversees all human resource functions for Veritas HHS, including recruitment strategy, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration. His expertise spans employee relations, talent management, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and performance management. Tim's cross-industry background brings a breadth of perspective that strengthens Veritas HHS' ability to attract, develop, and retain the high-caliber staff our programs depend on to deliver exceptional service to the families we serve.
