Operations Consulting

Our operational consulting practice is informed by our deep program experience. This allows us to provide practical solutions that improve program performance, efficiency, and outcomes.

• For the State of Tennessee, we conducted a comprehensive 50-state study of statutes, policies, and best practices for voluntary acknowledgment of paternity programs, providing them with a national perspective on effective program design.

• We implemented the Vermont Behavioral Interventions in Child Support grant that combined findings from psychology and economics to determine how small changes in environment can facilitate behaviors and decisions that are in people’s best interests.

• We successfully guided South Carolina through the change management and certification management for their statewide automated child support system and project management for implementation of their State Disbursement Unit.
