Veritas HHS executives include nationally recognized experts on child support enforcement and other health and human services programs.

Bob Williams is the founder of Veritas HHS and oversees all aspects of its operations. A national expert in child support enforcement, Bob also has in-depth knowledge of eligibility processes and health care reform, including the Affordable Care Act. Bob was formerly founder and CEO of Policy Studies Inc. and grew the firm from an initial concept to a highly respected organization providing child support, workforce, and government health services in twenty-seven states.

Robert G. Williams, P.H. D.
An expert on project management, process improvement, and change management, Chrissy oversees all full-service child support operations. She is also the lead on change management for the South Carolina statewide child support system implementation. In her previous employment, Chrissy was in charge of child support operations in nine states and implemented innovations to enhance outcomes and improve customer service. A certified Project Management Professional, she also led data conversion and site support efforts in a highly successful large-scale implementation in Michigan.

Alex directs business intelligence and IT functions for Veritas HHS and also leads consulting projects for business analytics and process improvement. He is an expert in the practical application of predictive modeling, business intelligence, and performance analysis to achieve measurable effectiveness and efficiency gains in actual program applications. He directed consulting projects to develop child support management dashboards for the Kansas and Arizona child support programs. His Arizona work extended to caseworker dashboards, implementation of a data warehouse, and restructuring of centralized units to free up staff for local enforcement functions.

Alex Garnes
Mike is an accomplished executive and attorney with 40 years of child support, human services, and senior level management experience. Mike is well known nationally as a child-support expert, having served as child support director for Missouri and Virginia, respectively, and having authored the original national legal guide for the IV-D child support enforcement program.

Amy is a successful human service executive with over 20 years of experience managing voluntary paternity acknowledgment programs, new hire reporting programs, and full-service child support offices. She has unmatched national expertise in voluntary paternity programs, having exercised direct management authority over programs in nine states and consulted on improvements in seven others.
